Product warranty and maintenance




Toyooka bag certified products come with a warranty.

"Toyooka Kaban" certified products have a warranty card in the bag pocket that lists the contact information of the manufacturer. Please feel free to contact us regarding repairs, costs, and time required.
Of course, repairs can be made by mail.

*However, we do not guarantee wear and tear caused by product use, damage caused by flying on aircraft, misuse or abuse, etc. Replacements and repairs not covered by the warranty will be charged.

What is the guarantee system?

The responsibility for the warranty of "Toyooka Bags" and "Toyooka Wallets" is the responsibility of the company that manufactured the products.
