With this honest idea in mind, YOUTA was founded in 2006 in a small multi-tenant building in Nihonbashi.
We launched this company with the desire to help people enjoy a comfortable business life that is true to themselves through manufacturing.
Business bags, once an indispensable part of daily life as a "tool for work," are coming to the end of their role as we adapt to new lifestyles.
We aim to provide products that are not simply functional work tools, but also have meaning as a medium for fashion and self-expression.
As a brand for people who are particular about their objects and want to have something a little different from others, we will create products that can be used for a long time and become loved.

We also believe it is our mission to make more people aware of the wonderful traditional Japanese techniques and manufacturing that have been passed down by our artisans.
Our goal is to spread Japanese manufacturing, take part in environmentally conscious sustainable initiatives, and bring more smiles to the world.

At YOUTA, we collect unwanted products and donate them to developing countries overseas, mainly Cambodia, in the form of material support. We are doing our best to contribute not only to the Earth but also to society, however small the effort may be. We will continue to actively carry out such activities, thinking about how we can benefit the Earth as much as possible.

We want to be a brand that always offers new experiences. To achieve this, we always think first about what our customers want and how we can make them happy.
At YOUTA Nihonbashi store, we are always listening to what our customers have to say, and we use this as a place to communicate with our customers. You can actually pick up the products, put your usual belongings inside, and try them out. Our knowledgeable store staff will listen to your requests, and provide explanations and suggestions. We also have a repair workshop on-site, so we can also take care of maintenance and repairs for your bags.
