Ships within 1-5 business days from the date of order.
Orders placed on Sundays and holidays will be shipped after the holiday.

[ Payment at store] is the payment method exclusively for customers who visit our Nihonbashi store. *Customers who order online should not select this option as it will put your order on hold.

About reviews

For the same product, even if the color and size are different, you can only write one review.
Please note that if you fill it in again, it will be overwritten.

About Membership Registration

Member registration is free.
Once you have completed your registration, we will send the details to your registered email address.
If you register, you will receive a membership benefit of extending the normal three-month warranty to six months.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns/exchanges due to initial defects must be made within 7 days of arrival. Returns will not be accepted after that. Only repairs or exchanges will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding. In addition, if a defect occurs within 3 months from the date of shipment of the product, we will repair it free of charge. (However, damage, scratches, and dirt caused by intentional or negligent acts or other reasons contrary to normal use may be subject to a fee even if it is within the warranty period.)

If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please read the "Return Procedure" on the back of the delivery note and contact us by email or phone. Our staff will handle the matter responsibly.

Regarding long-term absence or refusal to receive parcels

If the product is returned without any notice due to an extended absence or refusal to accept the delivery, or if there are repeated returns due to customer convenience, we may not be able to accept your future orders.
