"Toyooka Bags® " is a brand name and a registered trademark of the Hyogo Prefecture Bag Industry Association. Produced by a company certified by the Hyogo Prefecture Bag Industry Association. Furthermore, products that pass the inspection will be certified as Toyooka Bags® brand. At YOUTA, the Toyooka bag certified bags are the Lizard series and Elk series. Furthermore, Toyooka Kaban certified bags come with a woven "Toyooka Kaban® " label and a warranty from the manufacturing factory.

Toyooka bags are produced by companies in Hyogo Prefecture, but unlike Toyooka bags, they have not passed the inspection by the Hyogo Prefecture Bag Industry Association.
