Suddenly, have the metal fittings on your current bag's backpack straps broken?
If they have, we sincerely apologize for any concern this may have caused.
We are currently running a "Free Backpack Strap Metal Fitting Repair Campaign."
We will replace the broken snap hooks with a more durable type free of charge.
Also, when requesting a repair, could we please hold onto both backpack straps?

 

●Event Period: 2025/09/25 – 2025/10/31

 

●How to Use

(1) Please send the product back to us at your expense.
*If you bring it to the Nihonbashi store, there will be no shipping fee.

 

(2) Repairs will be performed at the manufacturing factory.
Since the factory will need to undo the stitching for repair, please allow approximately 40 days for the repair.
(Please allow us to hold onto both backpack straps.)

 

(3) Once the repair is complete, we will deliver the product via mail post.
